Updated Class Schedule at Somatic Movement Gym

We’re excited to officially roll out our updated class schedule, featuring new training opportunities designed to support progression, skill development, and long-term confidence in parkour.

Whether you’re a long-time member or training toward your next level, these additions give students more ways to train intentionally, safely, and consistently.


What’s New on the Schedule


Beginner Flips – Tuesday at 4:30 PM

We’ve added an additional Beginner Flips class to give students more opportunities to build a strong flipping foundation. This class focuses on safe progressions, confidence, and consistency before advancing to more complex skills.


Accelerated Class – Friday at 4:30 PM

The Accelerated class is for students who are motivated to level up and want focused attention on specific skills they need to progress. This class helps bridge the gap between levels with intentional coaching and targeted drills.


Intermediate Flips – Monday at 7:30 PM

This class is designed for students who have already achieved a front flip, backflip, or side flip on the floor.

From there, we work on refining technique, expanding variations, and improving control—all while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety and preparation.


Team Training (Invite Only)

Team Training is an invite-only class for students who have expressed interest in representing Somatic Movement Gym at parkour competitions.

This class focuses on advanced skill development, discipline, and preparing athletes for the demands of competitive environments.


Teen / Adult Parkour – Friday at 7:30 PM

We’re especially excited to continue growing our Teen/Adult Parkour program.

This class is open to teens, adults, and even parents who want to try parkour in a supportive, structured environment. No prior parkour experience is required—just a willingness to move, learn, and challenge yourself.


Membership Access & Getting the Most Value

With the addition of these new classes, members are welcome to attend classes in accordance with their current membership package.

For students who want to train more frequently or take advantage of the full schedule, upgrading a membership can be a great way to maximize progress and value. We also offer yearly membership packages that provide significant savings for families and dedicated athletes.
